Neil Bhaskar
Neil Bhaskar is Chairman of NovaGroup of companies which has eleven (11) portfolio companies in USA; Canada; Hong Kong; Australia and India. Vertical focus areas are information technology, life sciences, media & entertainment and alternate energy sources.
Mr. Bhaskar, an E&Y Entrepreneur for New Jersey, co-authored and instituted BoDE, a “JumpStart” entrepreneurial methodology aimed at powering the growth of portfolio companies in balance with “Environment, Community and Self”.
Neil Bhaskar also founded NovaSoft Information Technology Corporation, a Systems Integration Firm - boasting over 1200 professionals -- with its international headquarters in Princeton, NJ and other offices in Parsippany, NJ, the United Kingdom, Germany, India, and Singapore. Mr. Bhaskar built NovaSoft to be a Hall of Fame company of New Jersey. In 2000 NovaSoft also had the distinction of being a four times Inc. 500 company on the Inc.500 List (#16) of privately held companies in the U.S. and number three in New Jersey on the Fast50 List published by New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC).
Before starting his own company was responsible for managing outsourced clients of Martin Marietta’s and also worked for Standard & Poor’s IT department on Wall Street was a Senior Director.
After selling NovaSoft and exiting in 2004 as CEO & Chairman, Mr. Bhaskar helped stabilize and manage Brean Murray, a 34 year old Wall Street boutique Investment Bank which had 125 professionals, $1.4b under asset management and $1.2b M&A & Corporate Finance practice.
Mr. Bhaskar is a Golden Door Award winner from the State Department and the International Institute of New Jersey as a foreign born American who has contributed greatly to the community and the local economy. Mr. Bhaskar is also an active member of Jump-Start, a New Jersey based, select Angel Investment Group, committed to investing in start up IT, life science, media and energy companies and a member of Economic Development Board of Mercer County, New Jersey.
Mr. Bhaskar is an alumnus of Harvard Business School (OPM) and holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) as well as an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM).
Mr. Bhaskar resides in Princeton, New Jersey and enjoys Spanish guitar, golf, chess, swimming, tennis, skiing and in-line skating.

Dr. Wendell Jones
Dr. Jones is a senior executive with extensive management and outsourcing experience in the securities, aerospace and computer industries. His previous positions include Vice President, e-Business Management Services, Compaq Computer Corporation; Senior VP, Technology Services, NASD/NASDAQ Stock Market; General Manager, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace Information Services Company and Chair of Computer Science Faculty, US Military Academy, West Point.
He was awarded the 2000 World Outsourcing Achievement Award by PriceWaterhouseCoopers for his decade of contributions to outsourcing practice. As a customer, he led the evaluation, negotiation and management of a $3 billion, 10-year IT outsourcing agreement between McDonnell Douglas and IBM and pioneered offshore outsourcing, while Senior Vice President of Technology Services at NASD/NASDAQ Stock Market. As a service provider, he managed worldwide service delivery and relationship management for Compaq's outsourcing business unit.
He is the author and co-author of a number of management and outsourcing articles and a Prentice Hall book, Outsourcing Information Technology Systems and Services. He appeared in a CNBC outsourcing special and is regularly quoted in business and technology publications, including The Economist, Business Week, Investors Business Daily, Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Computer World, Software magazine, InformationWeek, CIO, Wall Street & Technology, and Information Systems Management.

Robert Brown
Mr. Brown was one of the founders and CEO of East-West Staffing, a national staffing company with 22 locations in 6 states, revenues of $147 million and over 7000 employees. East-West Staffing was sold in 2009 to the 10th largest staffing company in the US. He also served as Vice President of Temporary Services Insurance Limited (TSIL), the eighth largest member owned captive insurance program in the world with over $60 million in annual premiums. His previous experiences include being the owner and CEO of Snelling Personnel Services, NJ, NY and PA Franchise Group. This Group consisted of eight Snelling locations in the New York metro area and was one of the largest franchise groups in the Snelling system. The Franchise Group won several awards including Franchisee of the Year in 2001 and Mr. Brown also served as President of the Snelling Franchise Advisory Council. His career of 29 years has provided him with extensive experience in strategic planning, sales, management, finance, acquisitions and leadership as well as risk management and workers compensation insurance.
Mr. Brown currently serves on the Rutgers Business School Advisory Board. He is also a Board Member of the Embrace Kids Foundation, a non-profit charity supporting children suffering from cancer and blood disorders in central NJ, where he just completed a three year term as Chairman.
Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Oberlin College in 1982, and a Master in Business Administration from Rutgers University in 1988. Mr. Brown resides in Hillsborough, NJ with his wife and three children.

Michael Boyce-Jacino (Group Chief Operating Officer)
Dr. Boyce-Jacino is an experienced senior executive and general manager of Princeton Global Solutions. He has extensive experience in the life sciences on business planning, fundraising, grant writing and scientific development as a Principal in Princeton Global Solutions, LLC.
Previously he was founding President and CEO of BioNanomatrix, which he took from zero to $2.8M in revenue in two years and for which he raised $20M in equity and non-dilutive capital. Prior to BioNanomatrix he was Vice President of the global genomics business unit at Beckman Coulter, Inc. He was also Vice President, General Manager and CSO at Orchid Biosciences, Inc where he helped pioneer the development of the SNP analysis market, raise more than $200M in equity and take the company through a successful IPO.
Dr. Boyce-Jacino has extensive M&A experience, having completed more than half a dozen transactions, been principal investigator for more than $30M in government grant funding, published more than two dozen scientific papers and is inventor and co-inventor on 15 issued US patents. He holds a PhD in microbiology and human molecular genetics from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

John Burns (Group Chief Financial Officer)
John’s career encompasses over 25 years of finance and operations experience in the transportation, healthcare and life sciences industries. Prior to joining PGS, John served as Vice President of Finance of The McConnell Group (TMG), a government contractor in the life sciences arena, and Division Head of TMG’s SciMed Division, a provider of biomedical research, medical and veterinary supplies and equipment. His recent experience also includes service as Vice President of Operations for Modern Facilities Services, a regional municipal government contractor and healthcare services provider.
Previously John has served as Vice President of Facilities Management and of Sales and Marketing for Nutrition Management Services and Northern US Division Vice President for Stroh Associates, a healthcare facilities management services company, on two separate occasions. In addition, he has served as Vice President Operations for Marriott Management Services, which had previously acquired United HealthServ where John was Division President for the Northeast US ($105mm in managed volume). John’s experience also includes five years as Vice President of Finance and Administration for HHA Services, a healthcare services provider, and seven years with The Penske Corporation serving as Vice President of Treasury and Administration.
John has served on the following boards; Chairman-Elect of Delaware Valley Medical Center, Ramuda Ranch Eating Disorder Center in Arizona, United HealthServ, Inc and Heidelberg Country Club, Bernville, PA. He is a graduate of the University of Detroit with an MBA in International Economics and in Finance (dual majors) and a BBA in Business Management (minor in Finance).

Ajay Kulkarni (Director-Information Technology, Systems & Processes)
Ajay is heading the Information Technology, Systems & Processes function of our group. He has 23 years of experience which encompasses functions of Information Technology, Financial Management & Management Accounting. Prior to joining group, Ajay was part of the large industrial conglomerate based out of India. In his last assignment with that group he was heading Information Technology function of Reliance Securities Ltd., an online stock broking arm of the group.
Prior to Reliance, Ajay has served companies like 3i-Infotech Ltd., Selectica Ltd, Piramal System Technologies where he was the Projects head implementing ERPs, turnkey projects and consulting division in various industries. Prior to that he was associated in core finance, MIS function with few multinational pharmaceutical companies in the capacity of Cost & Management Accountant.
Ajay is Commerce Graduate, a Management Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and also from Institute of Management Accountants, USA. He is also a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) from ISACA,USA.
Ajay is a voracious reader, loves playing chess & badminton.

Rachel Scrofani(Group Manager,Back Office Shared Services)
Rachel is the group manager of the Back Office Shared Services for NovaGroup portfolio companies which include Human Capital, IT and Project Management. She comes to Princeton Global Solutions with experience in management from Walgreens retail chain. Rachel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rider University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a second one in Business Administration. She is also an alumnus of Phi Chi Theta, business fraternity, and Beta Gamma Sigma, an honors business fraternity.
In Rachel’s spare time she runs a nonprofit animal rescue called Abandoned Angels Animal Rescue. She currently resides in Pemberton, NJ with her fiancé Carl, their daughter McKenzie and fur children.

Jason Meyer(Executive-VP)
Jason B.Meyer,Esq. is a compliance leader and lawyer for Growth as he likes to put it. He is deeply involved in Education in Ethics & Compliance.He has 20+ years of innovation in legal and compliance education for professional adults.
At Princeton, he manages Complete operations support for growing business & opportunities. He is now focusing on education in compliance related to pharma and government contractors.
